Our Beginnings
It all started with a long-time dream of owning a property in Tagaytay”, Elisa, the owner and whom the resorts were named after, would reminisce and say. From her humble beginnings, she would pass by a certain plot of land with a breathtaking view of the Taal Volcano. This is the start of the dream - the dream of collecting properties that would turn out to be quaint resort accommodations in the future. As fate would have it, everything would fall into place at the right time.
She would be blessed with a thriving food business, a loving family, and most importantly, a supporting husband who would be her partner in realizing the dream. With the perfect combination of Elisa’s being a visionary and her husband’s business acumen, it was actually serendipitous how the couple acquired the properties - from finding the perfect locations to meeting the right people that would help them along the way. Villa Elisa then started as a private vacation resort for the family to celebrate special occasions together with their loved ones.
Who We Are
Villa Elisa Resorts is a collection of boutique home rentals that showcase the owner’s flair for design. From the decor, furniture, and minute accents even to the landscaping - all are personal choices of Elisa. The simplicity and coziness of the design gives you the close familiarity of your own home but with a hint of muted elegance. This is what Elisa would like to share with her guests - her deep appreciation for the finer things in life! What is also noteworthy is that the properties house a collection of beautiful and well-built furniture.
Elisa is an advocate of local talents. She admits to taking occasional trips to Pampanga to scout for furniture made by woodworkers as her stress reliever. Over time, she was able to amass quite a collection and this is what awaits you at the resorts. As of now, she is also beginning to collect paintings by local artists who hail from Bulacan, which has been her hometown since starting her food business.
